Are winter days just chilling you to the bone? With curbside service, you can stay warm and cozy in your car while we bring your materials out to you.
To use Canton Public Library's curbside service:
- Put your items on hold.*
- When your items are ready, we'll notify you by email and/or text.**
- When you arrive, park in one of the curbside service parking spots, then call the number on the sign.
- Your items will be brought directly to your vehicle.
Curbside service is available all days we are open, from the time we open until 30 minutes prior to close. Check for closures and hours here.
All four curbside service parking spots are in the east parking lot (closest to Canton Center Road). When you call the number on the sign, we will gather and check out all of your holds (including any interlibrary loan items) and bring them to your vehicle.
You can also return items and renew your library card with curbside service. If renewing your card, please present your photo ID and relevant information to the library attendant; see this FAQ for more details. Also, we are happy to help you with any account issues over the phone, in person at the Check Out Desk, or online.
For those extra nasty weather days when you just can't make it to the library, take heart and stay put: our e-media options for Canton Public Library cardholders let you read, watch and/or listen while you stay nice and toasty in the comfort of your home. We can even come to you for holds deliveries or item pick up.
